Our Beef box is our largest offering, sold in Sides only we usually aim for a target weight of 250kg (dressed) for our beef animals. We sell the Beef in sides, so at apx 90kg per Side you are up for a huge volume of meat and a huge variety! This is not for the Freezer restricted clients, you will need at least 120L of freezer space to store this meat and have it easily accessible. Our Beef is sold on Carcass weight, so actual weight of end product will depend on how the meat is cut. For example if you remove all the bones from every cut there will be significantly less weight, so understandably your order may vary in weight based on the animal and the cutting list.
Your meat will be delivered fresh from a licenced meat processor, where it is directly transported to your door in a refrigerated coolroom. Orders are typically done on a month to month basis, and beef is sold by the side only once the whole animal is sold will we begin the order process. We will communicate this with you and advise where you are in the schedule once your order is placed.
